  • No two pieces are alike. Each item is individually crafted by hand, so subtle variations in texture, shape, and finish are part of the process. These differences are what make each piece its own.

  • Every piece is made one at a time by hand using a slow and intentional process. Nothing is mass-produced or replicated at scale.

  • We use thoughtfully selected materials chosen for their texture and character. Each material is chosen to complement the handcrafted process. Some materials chosen are upcycled, others may be scraps leftover from larger processes, and some are purchased new. At Plume & Pine we aim to benefit the earth in our work as much as possible. 

  • Care depends on the item, but we generally recommend gentle handling and keeping pieces away from harsh conditions. Specific care instructions are provided when needed.

  • Because each piece is individually crafted and often one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your piece, please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve it.

  • Yes. Custom work is available on a limited basis. Each request is considered individually to ensure it aligns with the materials, process, and style of the work. Availability and timing will vary depending on the project. If you have an idea, please reach out with a short description and we’ll get back to you to discuss availability and fit.

The final timeline will vary based on the scope of the project, but please include your idea deadline.
