We want you to feel good about what you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition; unwashed, unworn, and free of damage.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need a different size or style, exchanges are available and ship back out at no additional cost.

Because each piece is made with care in small batches, we may not always be able to restock every item, but we’ll always do our best to get you into something that works. 

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Plume & Pine

Each piece is individually crafted by hand, making every item one of a kind. Because of the nature of this work and the in-person experience in which pieces are shared and selected, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

We encourage you to take your time choosing the piece that feels right, as each item carries its own character, texture, and variation.

If an item appears to be damaged or there is any issue with your piece, please reach out within 7 days of purchase. We will always work with you to repair, fix, or resolve the issue in a way that honors the craftsmanship behind it.

In select cases, we may be able to offer an exchange depending on availability. If approved, we’ll do our best to find a suitable replacement of equal value.
